Nationally, there is a growing number of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AA&NHPI) older adults (those age 50 plus). Recent data from AARP shows that this population face a unique set of challenges including: poverty, lack of health insurance coverage, limited English proficiency, isolation and lack of transportation. Health centers have a unique opportunity to address these obstacles to increase access and improve care for the aging AA&NHPI population.
Join us for this webinar to learn more about the challenges and opportunities for national organizations and health centers in serving the aging AA&NHPI population.
