Special and vulnerable populations often face additional barriers to care and are often compounded by social determinants of health (SDOH). While screening for SDOH is a necessary first step in identifying these disparities, responding to the data in practice is the ultimate goal in addressing SDOH. Join AAPCHO and COVID-19 and Other Infectious Diseases Health Equity Response Network (CHERN) for the second of a four-part learning series designed for clinicians, clinical supervisors, and other clinical staff.
