What is behind this disparity and what can health centers and other organizations do to support AA patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes? Join us for a Learning Collaborative (LC) to gain in-depth knowledge about empowering AA patients at health centers through strategies that effectively address diabetes disparities in the AA community.
