Health centers are encouraged to apply to a learning collaborative following the “Acting on SDOH Screening Data to Address Barriers to Health” webinar. This learning collaborative will highlight best practices and facilitate interactions among health center program participants to share strategies, challenges, and successes.
The TB Elimination Alliance will offer up to fifteen mini-grants to organizations to enhance LTBI/TB community engagement and education, provider education, and quality improvement. Additional preference is given to organizations currently serving A/AA and NH/PI populations and interested in expanding to non-US-born Latino American and US-born African American communities.
