[Summit] Tuberculosis Community Engagement Network Summit

Join us for our inaugural two-day virtual summit, happening from November 18th to November 19th! The theme of this year’s Summit is “Eliminating TB Together” and focused on outreach to Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities with the highest TB burden. We look forward to bringing together community clinics and health centers, community-based organizations, community groups, health departments, and academic institutions to showcase innovative projects, strategies and initiatives, collaboration efforts, and best practices.

[Training] Seizure Recognition and First Aid Certification

With generous support from the Epilepsy Foundation, this live certification training is being provided at no cost. Participants will learn about general seizure first aid and become Seizure First Aid Certified.

[Learning Collaborative] Every Person Counts: Leveraging SDOH and SOGI Data for LGBTQIA+ Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander-Serving Health Centers

AAPCHO and The National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center are hosting a five-part learning collaborative on data collection principles and protocols for social determinants of health (SDOH) and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI). The LC will focus on AA, NH, and PI populations who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and all sexual and gender minority (LGBTQIA+) people served in health centers.
