Join the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) for a Learning Collaborative (LC) to learn more about diabetes and pre-diabetes disparities among the Asian American community. Guest speakers from Joslin Diabetes Center’s Asian American Diabetes Initiative, Emory University, University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, and University of California, Santa Cruz will share in-depth knowledge and effective strategies to support Asian American patients at health centers through non-clinical approaches. Participants will engage in peer learning to share challenges and promising practices.
