[Webinar] Diabetes Prevention for Patients of Color at Community Health Centers
AAPCHO and the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) are hosting a webinar on effective quality improvement and prevention strategies that center around the patient experience and community voice, including trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and racial health equity. Speakers include Dr. Nathan Tan, Associate Clinical Director at Kōkua Kalihi Valley Comprehensive Family Services and Dr. Deborah Washington, DEI Health and Community Partnerships Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital.
