The Association for Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) is excited to announce the Telehealth Screening Strategies for Improving Whole Person Care Learning Collaborative. This learning collaborative will explore Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screening strategies in telehealth and highlight innovative care models for virtualizing SDOH screening in community health centers.

National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA), Kollaboration SF, the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO), Asian Americans Advancing Justice, Japanese American Citizens League, and National Asian Pacific American Bar Association invite you to join us for a workshop on self-care and reflection through creative writing. Let your creativity guide you as we listen to poetry, music, and one another’s stories and take time to commemorate heritage month. This workshop is geared towards AA and PI community members but also open to all communities of color and allies. No experience is required!
