Join the Protocol for Responding to and Assessing Patient Assets, Risks, and Experiences (PRAPARE)’s Tiger Team workgroups for all social determinants of health matters. The group is a consortium of stakeholders including PRAPARE users, vendors, payers, and developers. The goal of the sessions is to develop content, obtain feedback, and create a comprehensive roadmap for PRAPARE implementation in health centers.
