The Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Academy invites staff of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC look-alikes, Primary Care Associations (PCAs), and other organizations working in partnership with health centers to participate in the 2022 SDOH Academy Innovations Showcase Competition: Helping Health Centers Build Healthier Communities. This interactive training opportunity allows health centers to learn about SDOH and showcase their SDOH innovations.

To enter the competition:

Step 1: Watch the” SDOH Academy Innovations Kick-Off Webinar from Thursday, January 13, if you were unable to attend live: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61xRWtNAsFY.

Step 2: Complete the three pre-recorded micro-training modules of 30-minutes or less at your own pace, but by no later than Friday, March 18: https://cme.bu.edu/SDOH.

Step 3: Submit an abstract to showcase your Health Center’s innovation on addressing SDOHs: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/sdohshowcase.

Step 4: Prepare to attend the “SDOH Innovations Showcase Webinar” on Thursday, May 12 at 9:00-10:30am HT / 12:00-1:30pm PT / 3:00-4:30pm ET (registration coming soon!).
