Developed in collaboration between National Association of Pasifika Organizations (NAOPO) and  Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO), this podcast highlights the lived experiences of Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (NH/PI) community health workers (CHWs) and partners. Each episode features talk story interviews with NH/PI community members to destigmatize mental health topics while providing support and improving advocacy for our community.

This episode features Adam Carbullido, AAPCHO Director of Policy and Advocacy, Michelle Pedro from Arkansas Coalition of Marshallese, ‘Alisi Tulua from Southern California Pacific Islander Community Response Team, and Calvin Chang from UCLA’s NHPI Data Policy Lab. These three discuss policy implications for voting among NH/PI populations and discuss strategies for how community health workers (CHWs) can support youth to vote.
