AAPCHO signed on to a letter from the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights to reject any and all legislative efforts to extend Title 42 beyond May 23, 2022, including the Public Health and Border Security Act of 2022 (S.4036) and potential amendments to the COVID-19 relief bill.
