Pacific Health Technology Innovation Project
AAPCHO’s Pacific Health Technology Innovation Project creates a shared data repository of clinical information from CHCs in Washington state and Hawaii as well as data from health insurance plans. This project tracks information such as childhood immunization, rates of uncontrolled diabetes, and primary care access to ultimately align quality improvement efforts with the development of performance-based measurements as outlined by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
