BRIDGE for Community Health Centers

AAPCHO’s Building Resources In Development, Growth, and Expansion (BRIDGE) for Community Health Centers program builds bridges between underserved Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and other Pacific Islander (AA&NHOPI) populations, community health centers (CHCs), primary care associations, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the Bureau of Primary Health Care. BRIDGE facilitates the provision of technical assistance among AA&NHOPI-serving CHCs through a mentorship program and a national conference that seeks to address AA&NHOPI health issues.
