DESCRIPTION:Join the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO)\, Farmworker Justice\, National Center for Farmworker Health\, and the National Network for Oral Health Access for the final session of the Diabetes Continuum of Care National Learning Series! \nThis session will provide an overview of the impacts of climate change on the health and well-being of historically marginalized communities.
