While the President cannot unilaterally restore the constitutional right to abortion that was struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court, the steps his administration is taking will help safeguard individuals and providers in getting health care. AAPCHO continues to urge state and federal lawmakers to pass legislation to protect reproductive rights and access to health care for all.
