AAPCHO Applauds Confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to SCOTUS

WASHINGTON—The Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) celebrates the U.S. Supreme Court confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson in a historic 53-47 Senate vote. 

Jeffrey B. Caballero, Executive Director of the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) said: 

“AAPCHO applauds the historic confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court. Judge Jackson has shown that she is a person of the highest integrity who will apply the rule of law fairly and with empathy. As the first Black woman and second woman of color to serve on our nation’s highest court, Judge Jackson is a role model who brings an invaluable perspective to the most crucial legal decisions affecting our nation. AAPCHO and our member community health centers look forward to Justice Jackson being a voice for equity, justice, and inclusivity as she assumes her seat on the Supreme Court.”
